Leading the Empire

Digital Empire is led by Ralph J. Megna, a 47-year-old entrepreneur with over $300 million in projects to his credit during the last fifteen years. His previous private sector activities include real estate, restaurant, publishing and data management ventures; he also served as the director of the City of Riverside's highly successful economic development and redevelopment program for five years. Ralph Megna's experience with applied computer technologies stretches back to 1979. He is joined by Creative Director David Drew Hatter, who brings to Digital Empire nearly two decades of experience in technical media production, including a strong portfolio in medicine and aerospace.
